Liz. Stubenkönig was registered in Ebbs in 2023 as 1st Reserve Champion and has since become very popular throughout Europe.

After becoming reserve champion in Ebbs, he captured the inspection championship in both Belgium and the Netherlands (KVTH) in 2022. He became champion again at the KVTH in 2023, 2024 and 2025. He did his Leistungsprüfung in Ebbs in 2022.In 2023, Stubenkönig received his recognition in both Italy and Westphalia.

Stubenkönig’s sire is the well-known stallion, Liz. Stratos (Liz. Stilton). His mother is the elite mare Riki (Liz. Avalon x EL18019 Rikki-Rosa). He was born at Franz Klotz, who has been one of the most successful Haflinger breeders in the world for many years, on Austria’s highest farm (Rofen near Vent in Ötztal, Tyrol),

His offspring were successfully presented at inspections in various European countries. In the region of origin South Tyrol, for example, a Stubenkönig offspring became foal reserve champion at the foal championships in both 2023 and 2024. Out of his first 2 crops, five sons have already been approved as breeding stallions. His son Stubenwonder van de Veldwijk was placed in the lead in the three-year-old stallions at the KVTH in 2025, in 2026 he became overall inspection champion at the KVTH (in the absence of his father). His daughter Lilibeth became an elite mare in 2025 and was also the best-placed 3-year-old. Stubenkönig achieved its greatest success at the 2025 World’s Fair in Ebbs. He became class winner of the 7 to 10 year old stallions, “Nationalsieger” Nederland and reserve world champion alongside his sire Stratos.
